This place is the most visited and photographed canyon in the southwest of America. The incredible formations are created from flash floods which pick up tonnes of sand and smash it against the walls of the canyon, creating incredible, unique patterns. Now we had a Photo of the Day with a photo of this canyon and i felt it needed a little more exposure. Anyway, enough of that, take a look at some of these photos! I’ve only just started this blog so be sure to follow on your right hand side for plenty more stuff!

James – beautiful blog site – I’m looking forward to spending more time with it, and I hope that at some point I find one of my photos here ) I don’t have time to get into the music part or even the videos at the moment, but I love the still work…yours and others. When enhancing those greens though, I think I’d be careful – they glow in the dark on my monitor π
Thanks for checking in with waywardpioneer.wordpress.com – and you’ll see more of me here π Barbara
